Mat Classes
A class built on the principles of pilates to provide you with a workout to balance and connect the mind and body.
Strong focus on technique will build a solid foundation. Small apparatus used to continually add challenge and point of difference to the classes. Great for core strengthening and increasing mobility and flexibility.
A high energy and fun class. Barre is a fusion of Pilates, Yoga, Dance and fitness designed to give you a full body workout whilst having some fun.
No dance experience is required - just the willingness to have some fun whilst reaping the benefits and tone, lengthen and strengthen your body.

Suspension Training with a twist.
A fun and energetic work out using your body weight to create the resistance, focusing on upper body strength and lower body burn.
A great workout to get your heart rate up and have some fun.
Designed to target the connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments tendons and joints. Poses can be held for up to 5 minutes but always in a supported fashion through the use of props such as blocks bolsters, blankets and straps.
It is a beautiful counterpoint to all other forms of “yang’ activity such as pilates or yoga, keeping the body in balance, being a natural healing practice it helps in keeping the body supple and mobile, leaving you feeling energised & balanced.
A gentle class to compliment your weekly sessions.
Static and Dynamic stretching using rollers and small balls to assist in release this class is designed to release any tension and stretch your bodies out.
An energetic and dynamic yoga class linking breath and movement together to flow effortlessly from one posture to the next.
A mixed apparatus class incorporating the BOSU to challenge balance and stability. Using bands to create resistance and weights for arms this will be a fun and challenging class working the whole body.
Reformer Classes
Incorporating all the principles of pilates and using the spring resistance of the reformers to challenge and assist to help balance and connect the mind and body.
Open to all levels.
This is a high energy class on the reformer using the jump board to add a bit of bounce to the class.
This class is not suitable for anyone with injuries or pre-natal clients.
A class designed to build strong foundations on the reformer. Learn the basic principles of pilates in a small group setting and discover the joy of movement.
Great for beginners of for those wanting to revisit their foundations.
A gentle reformer session to warm up the body before using the straps and springs to support the body as we move through various stretches leaving you feel elongated and released at the end of class.
